Internet Explorer Does Not Start
If Internet Explorer does not start, or starts but appears to be frozen, the problem is likely caused by a problematic add-on.
Often, you can simply terminate the Internet Explorer process (Iexplore.exe) with Task Manager and restart Internet Explorer.
If restarting Internet Explorer does not solve the problem, start Internet Explorer in No Add-ons mode, as described in the section titled "Internet Explorer Add-ons Disabled Mode" earlier in this tutorial.
