Deleting comments in a worksheet

If you no longer need a particular comment, you can delete it by selecting its cell and then doing any of the following:

  1. Choose Edit → Clear → Comments.
  2. Click the Delete Comment button on the Reviewing toolbar.
  3. Right-click on the cell and then select Delete Comment on its shortcut menu.
