Enabling Remote Desktop Connections
Another task that we will complete is allowing Remote Desktop connections. Perform the following steps to enable Remote Desktop connections:
- Open the System utility by clicking Start → Control Panel → System.
- In the left-hand side, click the Remote Settings link.
- In the Remote Desktop section, click the Allow Connections From Computers Running Any Version Of Remote Desktop (Less Secure) radio button.
- Make sure that the Allow Remote Assistance Connections To This Computer check box is selected.
- Click OK.
- Close the System Properties window.
