You create Word documents by typing text at the insertion point. It's easy to move the insertion point by clicking in the
text or pressing keys and key combinations.
You can open more than one Word document, and you can view more than one document at a time, but only one document can
be active at a time.
You can view a document in a variety of ways, depending on your needs as you create the document and on the purpose for
which you are creating it.
When you save a Word document, you specify its name, location, and file format in the Save As dialog box.
