Word Key Tips
- You create Word documents by typing text at the insertion point. It's easy to move the insertion point by clicking in the
text or pressing keys and key combinations.
- You can open more than one Word document, and you can view more than one document at a time, but only one document can
be active at a time.
- You can view a document in a variety of ways, depending on your needs as you create the document and on the purpose for
which you are creating it.
- When you save a Word document, you specify its name, location, and file format in the Save As dialog box.
