Quick Access Toolbar Button
When you first start using Excel 2007, the Quick Access toolbar contains only the following few buttons:
Save:
To save any changes made to the current workbook using the same filename, file format, and location.
Undo:
To undo the last editing, formatting, or layout change you made.
Redo:
To reapply the previous editing, formatting, or layout change that you just removed with the Undo button.
Customize the Quick Access Toolbar
- Right click any tool or group title you want to add to the Quick Access toolbar. For example right click on Font group.
A menu appears.
- Choose Add to Quick Access Toolbar. The font group icon appears on the Quick Access bar.
- Right click an icon on the Quick Access toolbar. A menu appears.
- Choose Remove from Quick Access Toolbar. The selected item disappears from the Quick Access toolbar.
- Right click the Quick Access toolbar and select Customize the Quick Access Toolbar. The Excel Options dialog box appears.
- Open the Choose Commands From drop-down menu and select a tab name. Excel displays a list of available features.
- Select a feature and click the Add button. The selected feature appears on the right panel. Click ok.
